使用条款
片刻 Memento（「本 App」）由 Barry Chen（「开发者」）提供。使用本 App 即表示你同意本条款；若不同意，请停止使用。信息处理方式见隐私政策。
1. 许可与功能
本 App 通过 App Store 分发，适用 Apple 标准最终用户许可协议及其使用规则。本条款补充说明本 App 的功能、购买和数据使用，不限制你依据适用法律享有的权利。
本 App 用于在支持的 iPhone 上，将拍摄或选取的照片生成回忆卡片，并提供本机时间轴、搜索、编辑、单张图片分享和主屏幕小组件。部分功能依赖系统权限、设备能力或 Apple 服务。人物剪影、自动时间和地点信息可能不准确或不可用；请在保存和分享前检查。
2. 你的内容
你提供的照片和文字，其权利仍属于你或原权利人。你须确保有权使用和分享这些内容，并尊重照片中他人的隐私和合法权益。开发者不托管或审核你的回忆，也不因你使用 App 而取得这些内容的所有权。
本 App 只在你主动操作时向系统相册或所选分享应用提供图片。分享图可能包含照片、日期、地点和备注；请自行检查接收方和分享范围。
3. 免费额度
本 App 可免费下载，免费累计成功创建 5 段回忆。额度按照成功保存的新回忆数量计算，而不是当前回忆库的条数。删除单条回忆不返还额度，编辑或重新处理已有回忆不增加创建次数。
额度耗尽后，新增回忆需解锁；已保存回忆仍可查看、搜索、编辑、分享和删除。「设置 → 清空所有回忆」会删除回忆数据并将累计创建数量重置为零，不撤销已购买的解锁权益。
4. 一次性购买、恢复与退款
「无限回忆」为一次性非消耗型内购，永久解锁本 App 的无限创建功能，无订阅或自动续费。价格以 App 内及 Apple 购买确认页面显示的本地化价格为准；付款由 Apple 处理。「无限」指 App 不再设置创建数量上限，实际容量仍受设备可用存储等限制。
购买需经 Apple 确认并获得有效权益后生效；取消、等待批准或验证失败不会解锁。你可以在设置页或买断页选择「恢复购买」，并使用原购买所用的 Apple 账户。恢复购买恢复的是购买权益，不会恢复已删除的回忆或同步另一台设备的回忆库。参见 Apple 的恢复内购说明。
家庭共享是否可用以及共享资格以 App Store 当前商品设置和 Apple 规则为准。退款申请由 Apple 处理，是否符合退款条件由 Apple 按适用规则决定；详见Apple 退款说明。退款或共享资格变化导致 Apple 撤销权益时，无限创建会重新锁定，并按当前累计创建数量判断剩余免费额度；不会删除已有回忆，也不限制其查看、搜索、编辑、分享或删除。
5. 数据保管与删除
回忆保存在设备上，本 App 不提供开发者云同步或完整回忆库的导入、导出及备份恢复功能。iOS 的设备备份可能包含 App 数据，取决于你的设置；开发者不能访问或代为恢复。请保留重要照片，并自行管理设备备份。导出一张分享图不能替代完整回忆库备份。
删除回忆或清空全部回忆无法在 App 内撤销。清空全部会清理回忆、关联图片、临时文件和小组件镜像，重置创建数量，但保留偏好及购买权益；若提示清理失败，请按提示重试。删除 App 可能导致本机回忆丢失。这些操作不会删除系统相册原照片、已导出的分享图、其他应用中的副本或已有系统备份。
6. 服务与责任
在适用法律允许的范围内，本 App 按「现状」提供，开发者不保证功能始终可用或完全无错误。Apple 地点查询、购买、系统分享及网页托管等外部服务可能因网络、地区或服务状态受限，并适用各自的条款。
在适用法律允许的范围内，开发者不对间接或后果性损失承担责任；本条款不排除或限制依法不得排除或限制的责任，也不影响消费者依法享有的退款、救济及其他权利。
7. 变更与停止使用
条款更新后会修改本页日期；重要变更会在 App 内或本页说明。你可以随时停止使用或删除本 App。停止使用或删除 App 不会自动向 Apple 申请退款。

Terms of Use
Memento (the “App”) is provided by Barry Chen (the “Developer”). By using the App, you agree to these terms; if you disagree, stop using it. Information handling is described in the Privacy Policy.
1. License and features
The App is distributed through the App Store under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement and its Usage Rules. These terms supplement the description of the App’s features, purchases, and data use without limiting your rights under applicable law.
On supported iPhones, the App turns captured or selected photos into memory cards and provides a local timeline, search, editing, single-image sharing, and Home Screen widgets. Some features depend on system permissions, device capabilities, or Apple services. Person cutouts and automatic time or place information may be inaccurate or unavailable; check them before saving or sharing.
2. Your content
Rights to photos and text you provide remain with you or their original rights holders. You must have the right to use and share the content and respect the privacy and legal rights of people pictured. The Developer does not host or review your memories or acquire ownership of your content through your use of the App.
The App provides images to Photos or your chosen sharing app only when you initiate that action. Share images may contain photos, dates, places, and notes; check the recipient and sharing scope yourself.
3. Free quota
The App is free to download and allows five successfully created memories at no charge. Quota counts successful saves of new memories, rather than the current library size. Deleting one memory does not restore quota; editing or reprocessing an existing memory does not add to the creation count.
After quota is exhausted, new memories require an unlock. Saved memories remain viewable, searchable, editable, shareable, and deletable. “Settings → Clear all memories” deletes memory data and resets the cumulative creation count to zero without revoking a purchased unlock.
4. One-time purchase, restoration, and refunds
“Unlimited Memories” is a one-time, non-consumable purchase that permanently unlocks unlimited creation in the App, with no subscription or automatic renewal. The applicable price is the localized price displayed in the App and Apple’s purchase confirmation. Apple processes payment. “Unlimited” removes the App’s creation-count limit; available device storage and similar constraints still apply.
The unlock takes effect after Apple confirms the purchase and a valid entitlement is obtained. Cancellation, pending approval, or failed verification does not unlock the App. Use “Restore purchases” in Settings or the paywall with the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoration restores the purchase entitlement; it does not recover deleted memories or sync a library from another device. See Apple’s purchase restoration guidance.
Family Sharing availability and eligibility depend on the current App Store product settings and Apple’s rules. Apple handles refund requests and decides eligibility under applicable rules; see Apple’s refund guidance. If a refund or change in sharing eligibility causes Apple to revoke the entitlement, unlimited creation locks again and remaining free quota depends on the current cumulative creation count. Existing memories are not deleted and remain viewable, searchable, editable, shareable, and deletable.
5. Data care and deletion
Memories are stored on-device. The App does not provide developer-operated cloud sync or full-library import, export, backup, or restoration. Depending on your settings, iOS device backups may include app data; the Developer cannot access or restore it for you. Keep copies of important photos and manage device backups yourself. Exporting one share image is not a full-library backup.
Memory deletion and clearing all memories cannot be undone within the App. Clearing all cleans up memories, associated images, temporary files, and the widget mirror and resets the creation count, while preserving preferences and purchase entitlements. If cleanup fails, follow the prompt to retry. Deleting the App may result in loss of local memories. These actions do not delete original Photos-library images, exported share images, copies held by other apps, or existing system backups.
6. Services and liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” without a guarantee of continuous availability or error-free operation. External services such as Apple place lookup, purchases, system sharing, and web hosting may be limited by network, region, or service availability and are subject to their own terms.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Developer is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. These terms do not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, or affect consumers’ statutory rights to refunds, remedies, or other protections.
7. Changes and stopping use
The date on this page changes when these terms are updated; material changes will be explained in the App or on this page. You may stop using or delete the App at any time. Doing so does not automatically request a refund from Apple.
